A suite of quality management software is included in the system. At its core is a powerful non conformance system which can be configured to suit individual needs.

• supplier and manufacturing non conformances can be separated from business ones.
• a user defined range of fields allows users to configure the system to suit the business.
• the configurability of the system allows users to record all, even the most insignificant non conformance or error. By building up this database of information the company has the infrastructure to measure its performance and hence monitor the effect of process changes designed to improve quality and productivity.
• a number of user defined actions against each non conformance can be raised and checked if completed. In this way a paperless system can be created where actions not taken on time will be highlighted and monitored.
• the system can also be extremely powerful in monitoring customer returns with all their inherent complexity.

FULL TRACEABILITY

Allows uses to record inspection reports against each production batch.

Material and test certificates can be allocated to each batch and viewed through E-max as required.

If necessary the system can print all quality documents with each delivery note reducing the administrative effort required to dig out relevant forms.

The system also incorporated a range of sophisticated quality reports which monitor the performance of the company. The flexibility of the system allows just about any issue to be investigated by itself. This includes:
